Got my food very fast, nice cashier and the food was delicious. Highly recommend :)
Most people would probably just stop going there, but I genuinely was hoping they’d just get my order right eventually, considering I ate the same thing 85% of the time.
Panera always attract current kind of crowd. It's a nice place to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Such a disappointing visit. I love Panera and I am always excited to try something new and get the soups and bread on these cold winter days. The bagels and bread we got was horrible and tested very old. I had to soak the bread to bite it. The soup and sandwich was good.
I worked at the Ashland mall for 3 years, so needless to say I ate at this Panera Bread VERY often, almost every day I worked.
For the first year I worked there (2014), the food at Panera was always perfect. Around the very beginning of 2016 was when I feel it went down hill.
Disappointing. I thought from the commercials, this would be a nice experience. My wife and I got the Turkey chili, which reminded me of canned chili, but my son liked it. We got an Italian sandwich as well, which was drenched in Italian dressing, but was better than the chili. But the pastries we bought were completely unacceptable. My wife got a wild berry scone, which was stale, and she said tasted old and hard. I got a brownie which was even worse. It's not rocket science, if it's stale throw it away and make it fresh. I won't be back.
I finally complained to a worker who then told her manager, they then treated me bad for the rest of my visits. Like I said, I worked in the mall and ate there almost every day so they knew who I was... it honestly got to the point where I was nervous to eat there and stood at the counter to watch them make my food in fear that they’d spit in my food or do something to it. I called Panera’s customer service and nothing was ever done even though they said they’d be contacting me for further information.
My order was ALWAYS wrong, the people who work there were rude, they stood around talking while my food was sitting there ready to be handed over, and the food was rarely fresh.
