Only reason I gave them a 1 is no lower choice. 1hr to be seated, another 1 and half hr for food. Happened to look over at two grandkids burgers. Both were raw in the middle. Wasn't like they rushed it out. Sad they don't care if people could get sick. Wouldn't go back if it was free. Wish I could post pictures of the food. Sad
First I would fire all management. Performance of employees is a direct reflection of leadership, in this case a lack of leadership. Employees are not motivated and lack a sense of urgency. Tables are not being cleaned and left dirty. Been seated for 35 minutes and still waiting on our main meal. Our server needs to go through training. It is apparent she has no clue about her job. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless new management and servers come in.
Extremely slow service! It took 10 minutes for a server to offer drinks and 5 more to get the drink...after she joked about only having one other table! We order the appetizer combo but she didn't tell us they didn't have the mac n cheese bites. They brought it out with extra fries and onion petals never asking if we minded. Very disappointing! I ordered the Victoria's Filet and lobster. Lobster was dry and chewy and my steak came out med rare...I ordered it medium. They took it back burnt it well well done and presented it. I boxed it up but ended up throwing it away! What a waist of $27! Won't be doing that again :(
My boyfriend works at Outback. The company treats him well and he's been given ample opportunities to further his experience and we are greatful for that! I gave 4 stars only because it feels wrong to give a perfect; aha, there's always room for improvement but Outback Steakhouse is doing very well based on our experiences.
We used the "get on the list" seating it told us to be there at 7:15 we drove across town about 40min arrived at 7:15 and told we would still have to wait maybe an hour. So I ask why did I even use the website to get on the list if I still have to wait and was told that thing is never right. So yeah ended up going elsewhere where thing are sometimes right!
