Where do I start? This store has beautiful dresses, which are extremely over priced. I bought my dress 2 months before prom and it fit perfectly, a month later I came to make sure it wasn't too long. During this time I found out I lost weight and it had to be taken in. I told them I would be back to pick up my dress on 4-23-16 because my prom is 4-30-16 and that was the only time I could come. You would think they'd have it done, nope! When I got there they had no idea where my dress was. They searched their storage area and called all the alteration ladies. After a half hour they found it, not even started! That's right they hadn't altered it at all! I cried right there in the store because that was my first time shopping there, and my last. Next year for my senior prom I will be taking my business elsewhere. My friend had a similar experience so her and her sister aren't going back either.
My daughter went to the Kyova mall store yesterday around 4pm. The lady with very short hair wouldnt let my daughter try on a dress. She kept asking her if she was gonna buy the dress. Shes a little shy and her response was"I dont know. I wanna try it on first." The lady stated that girls couldnt try on unless they were going to purchase. Well how would u know if it even fits or if youll like it? I have spent hundreds of dollars at that store on dresses and have never been turned away. Im very upset about the way my daughter was treated! Everytime we go there, they are closed early, so due to my work schedule, she had her boyfriend take her. Prom is a huge deal for my daughter and she been dying to find her dress. She was rudely sent away empty handed and embrassed! That lady just lost a sale from us!
