Dr. Brinkman seems like a thorough doctor, his office staff however are very unsympathetic and unhelpful. Dr. Brinkman told us to call, if my 7 year old has any problems that he wanted to see him and he's showing signs of another ear infection (which he just got over 3 weeks prior) and the receptionist suggested keep using the steroid inhaler. He's having pain and a low grade fever.He most likely needs an antibiotic. So, going to primary physician now and he will just refer us back to them. No thanks.
He took care of my dad and my husband. Three times total, one visit for ear cleaning, one visit for putting tubes in ears and one for removing a polyp on my husbands vocal cords. He did an amazing job and is a very personable doctor.
