Terrible service
Signage says they open at 8 on week days stopped in before work at 8:28 door was locked. Not the first time this has happened
I've used this location many times to ship packages all over the place. The owner and staff have been nothing but great! Highly recommend using this store.
I had to overnight a pair of military combat boots to my son in Tobyhanna, PA. Had never mailed anything like that before. The local PO couldn't guarantee it overnight so I called the UPS store at Russell, KY. The lady was very helpful. When she found out I already had them boxed, asked me the size of the box & had me weigh it so she could give me an estimate on shipping. Although my son had to have the boots it was nice not to be price shocked when I went to mail them. The boots arrived next day by the promised time without a hitch. Yes I will gladly use the UPS store again.
They charged $30 to notarize a Kentucky title. I assumed it would be under $15 so I did not ask the price....... nor did they offer to tell me what it was going to cost. So basically they charged me six times The going rate for this service. Stay alert, stay alive my friends
