Kinda difficult to find assistance, but, when I did they were extremely helpful. Lowes had 1 item I needed, which I had already ascertained. Unfortunately, with all of their merchandise, they have NO dc lightbulbs! Sad and confusing. Overall, a good experience.
I was very disappointed in 0ur service. My husband and I were trying to load some plywood on a cart. And me in a dress. Three workers in the same aisle and not a one offered to help.
This is the worst managed Lowes. The blue heavy duty carts are always out of the store and in the parking lot. The ones in the store are full for the employees stocking the shelves. Checkout is no great treat either. Friendliness is absolutely not a priority.
