I've been here several times over the last year due to a knee injury. Has gone downhill HORRIBLY since I first started going. HORRIBLE management, HIGH turnover of staff due to that, apparently. Now you have to wait forever, be ignored by therapy staff & do your own exercises without assistance. Manager told me off for complaining! Never EVER going there again!
The people who work here are genuinely good people. Getting physical therapy can be a painful process but I'm usually smiling when I'm here.
