Very rude female employee. Not very willing to help. Left and took business elsewhere.
I’ve never written a review before but I’m really not impressed with this Zales. My husband and I paid for unlimited ring resizing on my engagement and wedding rings. Both times I went in to get them resized, they treated me like I was a burden. I got the same woman both times and she talks/whispers about me to her co-workers like I’m not there and acts like my rings don’t matter because they have small diamonds. It’s really an unpleasant and offensive place to be. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different jewelry store, even if it costs you a little more money.

Rude female employee ruined what I thought of them with the way she spoke to me over the phone. I had went in and had a great experience shopping for my bands with an older lady and a gentleman. I called 3 weeks later to check on my order and the gentleman who answered was so nice and understanding and tolf me I can call back and they could always check for me because they only had my fiance's number on file. So I did a week later and a young female employee was rude answering the phone and was mad that I called in checking on our order, she cut me off when I was explaining and put me on hold. We didn't spend thousands of dollars to be treated so rudely. Our business will be taken elsewhere.
