I have mostly good experiences here. Great when I carry out, hit or miss when I have it delivered. Staff is very friendly and work hard to make their customers happy
ordered a pan pizza with light sauce onions green peppers mushrooms sausage and jalapenos, i get home with a white sauce pizza right toppings wrong sauce. i called back a few hundred times between finding out it was made wrong and close, the phone was busy, called back this morning to get it corrected, the phone is still busy. its next to the rite aid pharmacy, which is why i was even in the lot last night, so since i had to go back to the pharmacy i took the mistake pizza back, waited for the store to open as it was before 11 am when i arrived. the woman working said she was the manager refused to fix this mistake, since she didn't work last night she couldn't do anything........ o.k. you are the manager, yes you can do something FIX IT,\. i managed a competitors pizza store for 6 years and several others over the years. managers don;t lose customers they fix the problem, that goes for general managers, assistant managers or shift leaders depending on who is in charge of a given shift. this girl fixed the problem, i wont be ordering anymore pzza from pizza hut period. i know i can go right across the street and get a less quality pizza that if a mistake is made on, will be corrected end of story
Love the thin and crispy cheese pizza, eat it hot or cold and breakfast lunch and dinner!
I ordered wings and pizza. But I ordered hot wings, and they didn't bring any ranch with them. When I call to tell them they told me I would have to pay $10 before they would come bring me the ranch, but they are the ones who didn't bring the ranch to begin with.?
Food was prepared by the time I ordered it and tasted delcious. Only complain was that the cashier was not very friendly. She seemed rushed and didn't seem to care much.
