If i could give less than 1 star i would. Not only does the service disconnect about once a month it takes days to get it back on. When you call to get the matter fixed nobody can tell you why its off or when it will be back on other than it may take 2 weeks... Absolute worst i just cant wait till Time warner cable (Spectrum) is available where I live several others that feel this way too.
Terrible Service, almost as bad as AT&T in Ironton. The Windstream office in Ashland is closed.

High price rip offs,that bundle they give you is a 5 dollar discount ....lol...big discount,promise 39.95 but never less than 100.00 a month
Windstream Has Improved over the last few years. In Westwood we were only able to get 1.5mbps and 500kbps(In Some Areas) Now its 1.5mpbs and 6mpbs So I Recommened them but be prepared for some slow down.
