Great fast and friendly service, I even made a phone call to ask questions a couple of days before we picked up our rental and she was very friendly and dealt with all my crazy questions. Even though you have to place a $150 deposit we only actually spent a little over $200 on a FULL size rental. I think it would be awesome if this facility would be updated and given a bigger lot as you can only have 6 customer cars across the front. Overall it was an awesome experience.

I trusted enterprise to rent me a good running vehicle that is legal, they rented me a Jeep Patriot that had 2 months expired tags, I called the next morning when I noticed this and they could not help me, so I had to drive this vehicle to my vacation destination; once there I called them and they still were unable to help, so I spent 4 days of my vacation not able to go anywhere. Then once they finally found me another vehicle they did not come and get me, they wanted me to drive this vehicle to them, I did that and they closed shop on me, no one waited for me there. So I called the corporate office, which helped get me a ride to another location and I finally got another vehicle that did not have expired tags...not a very good experience, ruined half of my vacation.
This was one of the simplest, quick and positive rental car company I have ever dealt with. Because they did not have the car promised, I was upgraded to a nicer car at no additional cost. Will do business again with this office/company.
