For local truck rental this is the place. Good people!
This place is truly awful! My boyfriends car started smoking really bad and the first safe place (so we thought) to turn into to look at it and fix it was Hertz. The skinny cracked head with dark circles around his eyes told my boyfriend he needed to leave because his 89 Honda civic smoking from the tailpipe made the shop look bad. Nothing was asked of these people, no help wanted but that man refused to let my boyfriend see what was going on with his own car while parked at that shop.
I made reservations in April to rent a van June 25-July 1. At 3:00 P.M. On June 24, a representative from Hertz called to tell me they didn't have the vehicle. She made no effort to resolve the problem. When I opened my credit card bill in July, I had been charged $100. I am still trying to get reimbursed. I will never rent a vehicle from Hertz.
