Horrible experience! I received my car back day's after I was told I would get it back. I've had my car back maybe three week's and I have more problems with it now than I did before. When contacting them about the issues that I still have with my vehicle that they where suppose to fix they told me that isn't the work that was done to my car. Although this work is what was on my estimate that I was charged for. My car is now completely out of alighnment and has several new issues. I have spoken to them and they where rude and have no intentions on fixing anything after they have been paid almost $800.00 in repairs.

Do Not, Please do not take your vehicle to butch's auto, I took my car to them because it was not running, they told me it was the timing belt, my car ran fine when it broke down because of a security issue with the ecu due to taking the battery terminal off, they had my car for a week before i picked it up, and when i did it was missing every few seconds, i was told by butch that it needed a tune up, i got 6 miles from his shop and the car started to backfire and lost 99% of its power! long story short i took my vehicle to omni and they found a screw in my motor and the timing belt, butches auto replaced was 90% of time, butches auto will under no circumstances fix their mistakes. please, please, please DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!
