I was so pleased with the sales staff at our local Big Sandy (Ashland KY U.S. 60) during our most recent visit. All of the employees were friendly and professional. One associate, Christian, was very knowledgeable and thoroughly informative regarding all of our questions and concerns about appliances. The only reason I don’t give five stars on my review is because we spent so much money on our visit and Big Sandy would not deliver to our house (which is very close) without charge unless we purchased a $500 warranty for some of the merchandise we purchased.
The sales staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. Sennah and Randy are out of this world. Travis, Aaron and Brandon are fantastic. You can not go wrong with anyone helping you. Christian is the store manager and he is so friendly and nice. I give the store and it’s people a five star rating.
At this point the only good thing I can say is that Christian was the best salesman we have ever dealt with, but please please please check your furniture before you make a purchase...
