Everything from the time I walked in until I walked out was great. If you're looking for Furniture, Washer and Dryer or a new Tv for Christmas, I recommend Big Sandy by far. If your looking for Furniture and need a friendly associate who knows his stuff, I recommend Kyle Justice. He was very helpful and I'm Thankful he helped my wife and I buy her Christmas present!

I had a fantastic, seamless experience purchasing a new mattress from Big Sandy. The Sleep Solutions Specialist named Regina F. was extremely helpful. She allowed me to take the time to find mattress that was right for me and provided all of the details I needed to help me make an informed decision on such a major purchase. Regina was there every step of the way - from the time I entered the store until checkout - so I definitely give her an A++!
Big Sandy on US60 in Boyd County KY was great to deal with! Spencer made buying a lift chair for my father extremely easy. We discussed my phone the type of chair that I needed and by the time I arrived at the store all I had to do was look at it and pay. The price was also extremely reasonable and with the warranty I believe it will serve its purpose for years. The delivery man were polite and courteous. They placed the chair exactly where my mother wanted it and delivered it at the specified time. I highly recommend the store. Ask for Spencer L. He’s very good at his job.
Had a wonderful experience at Big Sandy and Kyle Justice went above and beyond to help us. He was very informative on the products and all of our questions was answered and he even helped with the warranty on a existing product. You can never go wrong with customer service like this.
