It was great, great food, great Atmosphere. Waiter just mixed up our tables checks with other people at our table when he gave it back, that's all nothing big. Other then that it's 5 star
Will still go back since we come from another state and don't have a Cheddar's near us, just will remember the servers name and do not want. Understand everyone has a bad day, but, we were not the only ones that complained.
We were a party of 7...service was v e r y s l o w...and then when the food came out, the mashed potatoes were cold, the steak was overcooked, and one whole meal was completely wrong...and getting refills on drinks took forever...when the issues were brought to the managers attention, he got more mashed potatoes (the bowl was warm, but the potatoes were still cold)...but nothing was done to compensate for the issues we had other than an 'I apologize'...just felt as if our business wasn't important to them!
Went on Saturday, not too busy seated right away. Been coming to this location for a long time. But, this time not so good. Everyone around us came after we did, and everyone around us got their food before we did. Appetizer came out, then right after the salads came out and then the food after waiting about 45 minutes. And the other bad part was the order was incorrect - wrong salad dressing, wrong type of entree. The food was good, but, as you can tell from the comments it was the service. The manager did take the appetizer off because we waited so long and the salad with the wrong dressing because it was not even eaten.

I took my two daughters there yesterday. Three more tables were seated after us. Those tables got their drinks .. appetizer and food first. Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed. We were seated outside and staff kept wandering around with things asking if we ordered extra salsa. They had no idea which food went to what table. After waiting ten minutes for my change I finally went in and found the waitress. I spoke to the manager, I can't remember her name but she was less the sympathetic to what I was saying. While the food and drinks are usually good..the whole staff experience has ruined Cheddar's for me and my family.
