Very clean. Kinda upscale for fast food
This is a very modern Wendy's with friendly staff. It has the fireplace and newer Coke dispensers.
The Russell location is a crown Jewel the store is laid out for effective service. I am kind of worn out on Wendy's due to eating it so much but the food quality is very good at this location.
The dining area is always clean and there is spacious room for seating-no squeezing through the room to get to your table.
Ordered in the drive through, didn't have a problem with the food but had a problem with the lemonade. It was practically all mix and no water couldn't stand to drink it had to wait until I got home and pour most of it out and add water to be able to stand it. Hated it because I was looking forward to it on this hot day. Better check your mixes Wendy's!
