Disgusting. Completely unprofessional. They take forever to deliver. Never deliver on the day they say they will. They'll wait all day, not even call to let us know they're not coming. When they do it's hours later than they say they'll be here. I had workers actually talk badly about me, without even knowing me personally. Hence why I said "completely unprofessional". The delivery guys actually broke one of the legs on the tv stand they delivered, which I'm sure we'll get blamed for. Seriously, go somewhere else. You're wasting your time with Colortyme.
I have been out to this Ashland location numerous times and each time I walk into their store they always make me feel like family. Everyone there seems to truly enjoy their job and makes it such a great environment to be in. I would recommend this location to anyone who is ever looking to rent great quality merchandise for a decent price. Thank you all for always making myself and my family feel so welcome!!
The greatest people I've known they go out of their way to help you I wouldn't go anywhere else and if they don't have what you want they will get it for you that's why I've been with them for years love their stuff

He is the manager of Rent-2-Own in New Philadelphia, OH & if you check his reviews you will see that he rates several R2O stores as 5 star & then leaves 1 star reviews with disparaging remarks on other rental stores. Can you say conflict of interest? Way to go Adam! Great business ethic! We'll be sure NOT to rent from you at R2O in New Philly!
