I've been a customer of Rent 2 Own for many years. I love the quality of their furniture as well as the prices. The employees of the Ironton and Ashland stores are friendly, kind, and caring. I recently purchased items for my home and granddaughter. I personally have to mention Mike Tissott and Greg Martin because they absolutely care about ALL Rent 2 Own customers!!!
This is to correct the average ratings that were thrown off by Adam Crawford's 5 star review 1 year ago. He is the manager of Rent-2-Own in New Philadelphia, OH & if you check his reviews you will see that he rates several R2O stores as 5 star & then leaves 1 star reviews with disparaging remarks on other rental chains/stores. Can you say conflict of interest? Way to go Adam! Great business ethic! We'll be sure NOT to rent from you at R2O in New Philly!
