Not my fault. I would have half of a bar maximum during the day and evening. None after midnight. Do not waste your time on this pathetic mobile phone company. I would not take a free phone and service if they said they would give it to me.
Sprint sucks! I had Ntelos for 19 years. Sprint buys Ntelos, lies to the customers, gives us less service than we originally had and charges a higher price. I now have more areas without signal too!
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new phone. I have had nothing but problems out of this store and the company. I got 2 phones there and paid a deposit on them and was told that if I returned them in 14 days I would get a full refund as part of there satisfaction guarantee claim. But no, they keep giving me the runaround and will not give me my refund. I wish I have never tried Sprint before. They don't take any responsibility for their actions. I paid close to a $100 dollars for the deposit and now they are trying to say that I didn't. Even though it is clearly stated on my BANK STATEMENT as proof. I would give negative stars if that was even a option. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. The service on the phones was horrible always stayed in roaming. The employees here don't help with customer service.
Poor customer service
Have had two years of dealing with this mobile phone company. They refused to unlock my phone so I could go to a different company. During that two year time period, they had me put a machine in my window with things that hung down outside of my window to get better connections. This failed and then I was sent a Sprint modem. This also failed. They would tell me that it was because their towers had not been updated. This was
